HEAVY ROTATION BY-LAWS
 
I. The club name will be recognized as Heavy Rotation Motorcycle Club and will claim no affiliation to any national, regional, religous or political organizations.
 
II. Heavy Rotation will be presided over by an elected president, elected vice-president, elected treasure, and appointed secretary with the balancing power of a five member council. The primary duties of the President is to lead and represent the club in its best image, preside over meetings, operate as chief ambassador for the club, and enforce club rules. He may not independently appoint any rules or members. The Vice-President will also act as an ambassador and assume all duties of the President in the event of the President not being available or voted removal from office.
 
III. Any elected official may be voted out of office by majority vote, or be asked to resign due to disorderly conduct that does not strictly represent the club or its members.
 
IV. Heavy Rotation was organized as a recreational and social club with duties to its community that include donating time and money, among other services, to other non-profit and charitable organizations that promote community growth.
 
V. The funding of Heavy Rotation M.C. will be through member dues, fund raising events, and donations received through local supporters, sponsors and businesses.
 
VI. Upon disbanding of this organization, for whatever reason, any funds remaining in the treasury must be distributed to other certified non-profit or charitable organizations. No individual member will obtain funds for personal benefit.
 
VII. Non members may petition any member to join our organization, but must be voted in by majority vote and go through a preliminary prospect period. An initial fee must be paid upon club entrance. After that point, new members will receive and be allowed to wear club colors.
 
VIII. Any member may choose to separate himself from the club at any time they wish without repercussion. There will be no refund of any paid dues.

 

 

HEAVY ROTATION RULES
 
I. Conduct yourself with behavior that positively reflects yourself and the members of Heavy Rotation.
 
II. Be conscious of your surroundings and respect those that are around you
 
III. Safety First
 
IV. Must be legally licensed and insured
 
V. No more than 2 unexcused absences from club meetings in a calendar year without being subject to disciplinary action
 
VI. All dues must be paid on or before the forthcoming meeting or be subject to a $5.00 late charge
 
VII. Club colors must be worn during scheduled rides and gatherings
 
VIII. During meetings cell phones must be placed on vibrate and calls taken should be away from meeting area as to not to disturb the meeting in progress
 
IX. Club meetings will be promptly called to order at scheduled time by Sergeant of Arms
 
X. For an idea or proposal to be considered it motioned, seconded and passed by club vote
